Jeanine R. Kingeter, PHR owns and operates HR Business Partners LLC.  Jeanine has more than 30 years of diverse business experience in both large and small companies.  Her expertise includes human resources management, operations management, and process improvement. She has built an HR department from the ground up and now shares her experience and expertise with companies that are focused on business success and understand the value of applying specific expertise to specific challenges.

Jeanine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management, summa cum laude, and a Master of Science degree in management, with a concentration in leadership strategies.  She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources Management by the Human Resources Certification Institute.

Jeanine currently lends her expertise to the Insurance Scholarship Foundation of America as a member of the Board of Directors.  She has previously served as Chairman of the Board for this
non-profit organization.
